Artfile Requirements

Acceptable 'VECTOR' File Formats
Mainly use for Contour Cutting - Vinyl - Engraving - Router/Laser cutting - High Quality Digital & Screen Printing
.ai / .eps or pdf -  Adobe Illustrator CS5 or lower (*Please ensure all text are outlined)
.cdr - CorelDRAW X5 or lower (*Please ensure all text are converted to curves)
When supplying Illustrator or Corel  files please avoid if possible the use of transparency, clip-masking, brush filters, drop shadows, Links etc... as this may cause file problems during the production process. All images included in the layout should be @ minimum 300 dpi @ full size for best  result or alternatively please supply seperately as a high res image file.

Acceptable 'IMAGE' File Formats
For 'Digital & Screen Printing' use only. Minimum resolution 300dpi @ full size for best print result.
.jpg - JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group) Image
.tiff  - (Tagged-Image File Format)

Bitmap and Vector file comparison

Please note:
We do not accept files for production process created in any document processing applications, ie. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Publisher, etc.,
Pre-Press documents such 'Indesigns' or 'Quark' or CAD softwares (DWG-DXF).

File maximum size
Please minimise file size via email to our recommended 15mb maximum total file size.
Alternatively  with 'no file size limit'  burn files into CD or DVD and mailed to our office and directed to the respective sales representative.

Fonts
.TTF - True Type Font(PC)  or Open Type Font(PC)
Please indicate type style if converting/outlining is not possible for font matching.
Font purchasing is available upon request @ additional costing.

Colour swatch reference
PMS - 'Pantone matching System' to ensure closest colour match.
Due to production process and material availability (print/paint/vinyl etc.) colours may slightly vary.

CMYK and RGB colour references are not acceptable as they vary depending on screen/printer brands and settings.
Artwork hard copy/prints are acceptable and will be subject to colour matching approval.

We can also provide all artwork design preparation as part of our no hassal service. (all subject for checking/final approval prior to production).
